  The National Trust owns a staggering one third of the land crossed by the 630 miles of coast path.
Millions of people - both local residents and visitors - now enjoy the South West Coast Path every year; many go far a gentle stroll while a few tackle the epic end-to-end journey that takes them eight weeks to complete. This year provides the perfect opportunity to discover - or rediscover- the path's endless fascination.

We have a  cottage on the Roseland an ideal bases for walking the coastal path.

The National Trust from time to time organises events near us. Spring walks Dodman Point ( postponed due to Covid19 for the time being). and Messack Saturday 24th May. Nare Head 18th July 2-4.30 pm. Meet Trelissick car park - Flowers of the Fal Sunday 11th May 11am, Bats About Friday May 23rd 8 pm, A Step into the Past Saturday 11th June 11 am, Seashore Safari Sunday 15th June 11am, Earth Walk Saturday 6th July and . Autumn Almanac Sunday 12th October 11am and St Anthony Battery Guided tour Friday 22nd August 2pm.
